Return Process

  Log in to your DKshop account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
